BOARDING & SEMI-RETIREMENT FACILITY
FSE offers partial and full care boarding at our Boarding facility.
A quiet and quaint 12 stall barn with all the wonderful amenities of a large barn.

We do offer training for your horse or lessons for yourself however those options with our instructors are at an additional cost.
BOARDING OPTIONS
Partial care is $550 a month
What does that included?
-
AM/PM feeding schedule
-
Grain (owner provided)
-
Hay (owner provided) and/or Alfalfa (owner provided)

Administering of AM/PM supplements (owner provided)

Water buckets changed/filled twice a day
-
Large stalls and some stalls with runs available
-
Stalls cleaned once a day, 7 days a week

Fresh shavings as needed

**IMPORTANT - boards providing their own hay/alfalfa and grain**

Owner must provide storage bags to keep hay/alfalfa supply at barn.

1 bale hay bag for the hay

1 bale bag for the alfalfa​

Owners must provide at least a 50lb pet food container to store open grain. Options are:

Gamma2 Vittles Vault 50lb container

Mighty Tuff 13 Gallon/54-pound storage container

Gamma2 Vittles Vault 80lb container

Or owners must provide prepackaged feed in Ziploc bags
-
Must be at least 7 days' worth of AM & PM feeding​

Each bag must be clearly marked with AM and/or PM
-
Must keep prepackaged bags in a Smartpak box.

Full care is $1,050 a month

Monthly options to add to partial boarding:

FSE provided Safe Choice Senior grain: $ based on current retail price per bag and factored by the number of scoops fed per day​

FSE provided hay: $ based on current market value and factored by the number of flakes fed per day

FSE provided alfalfa: $ based on current market value and factored by the number of flakes fed per day

Stall fans during hot weather: $50 per month

Fill hay bags & treat balls (owner provided): $150 per month

Fly masks (owners request & provided): $20 per month

Fly spray (owners request & provided): $20 per month

Blanketing/un-blanketing - seasonal (owner provided): $75 per month

Saddle & bridle rack w/tack trunk spot in tack room: $10 per month

Horse trailer parking: $50 per month

**How to make changes or add options to partial boarding**
